Thank you for choosing IPAXSOLUTIONS. We are committed to providing reliable appliance services and ensuring you have complete peace of mind with every plan you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work quickly to put it right.

 

Cancellation & Refund Terms

You have the right to cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

If you contact us between 15 and 28 days after purchase, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
After 28 days, refunds are no longer available.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

We accept payments via:

Debit or Credit Card (online or by phone)

Cheque (by post)

BACS / Direct Debit

No matter how you choose to pay, your 14-day cancellation right applies to all service plans.

 

Plan Activation & Payment Processing

After purchasing a service plan, our team will contact you to confirm activation and provide details of payment processing.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid delays.

If payment cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you. If we receive no response, your service plan will be automatically cancelled.

 

Authorised Payments

Payments must be made by the account holder or an authorised person.
We do not accept payments made under power of attorney or third-party control arrangements.
